As you can see from my résumé, I acquired my know-how over a period of 25 years from teo jakob – the pioneer for furniture in the years after WWII. I started working there as an interior design architect when I was 29. What led me to him was my strong desire to learn about the history of modern furniture.
Although I had at that point set myself the goal of acquiring the specifics of the job within 10 years’ time, I actually ended up staying at teo jakob’s for 25 years. It was a wonderful time. My original idea had been to learn about furniture, but in the course of time I was able to learn all about design in areas ranging from architecture, art, graphic art, every day design, and furniture.
Now in my new business venture called Chairness Consulting I would like to pass on to my clients the knowledge and expertise I have acquired over the years.
